Looking for a new twist on your favorite fruit smoothie? How about one made with papaya? Papaya is rich in fiber, high in vitamin C, and vitamin A, which means it’s a great for boosting your immunity, improving digestion and more.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 papaya with seeds removed and flesh scooped (about 2 cups)
1 banana
Slightly under one cup almond milk
4 frozen or fresh strawberries
1/4-1/2 tsp. tumeric powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Put ingredients in blender or other processor for 30 to 60 seconds until creamy and frothy.
