For the safety of our patients and staff, please do not visit our office in person if you have tested positive for Covid-19, have respiratory symptoms, a fever, or exposure to someone who has tested positive.
We are not a testing facility for Covid-19. Patients who are having difficulty breathing should go to their local emergency room.
We are now open for in office visits! We are taking the following precautions:
- All doctors, nurses, clinicians and staff are wearing masks and are screened for symptoms. We also require the use of masks by all of our visitors and will provide one when necessary.
- We are meticulously cleaning and sanitizing patient exam rooms and procedural materials before and after every patient.
- We are spacing out our patient appointment times and limiting the number of visitors in our office. Private waiting rooms are being used and seating is 6 feet apart in our lobby. Please note that patient escorts are only allowed if absolutely necessary.
- You will be pre-screened for symptoms by phone a day before your appointment. When you arrive for your appointment you will again be screened and have your temperature checked.
If you do not wish to visit us in person, to maintain your continuity of care, WholeHealth Chicago offers telemedicine appointments with most of our practitioners. During a telemedicine visit, you and your healthcare provider can review medical history, discuss symptoms, arrange for prescriptions, and more.
Our Natural Apothecary can ship supplements quickly to your door and now offers curbside pickup.
