This easy chicken soup recipe is grain-free, sugar-free, and dairy-free and the perfect thing to make if you’re suffering from the flu this winter.
INGREDIENTS:
1 organic roasted chicken from the grocery store
1 organic roasted chicken from the grocery store
2 Tbps. olive oil
4 carrots, cut into bite-sized pieces
4 celery stalks, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 onion, cut into bit sized pieces
1-2 cloves of garlic
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
32 oz. organic chicken broth
32 oz. organic chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Saute all of the vegetables in the olive oil until semi tender. Put into stock pot with chicken, collagen, chicken broth, parsley, and salt and pepper. Add about 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes.
