With Portal Connect you (and your family) will be able to connect with our office and your overall health history anytime from anywhere.
Portal Connect makes it easy to:
• Send and receive secure emails to your care providers and the office staff
• Make appointments online with the click of a button
• Receive and access all your lab and test results
• Manage your medical record with your care provider including medications, allergies, weight and vitals
• Access appointment summaries and treatment plans
• Request prescription renewals
• Manage your pharmacy locations
Portal Connect is available for $49/year for one person and $75/year for a household that uses the same care provider. For as little as $4/month you can easily manage all your health care information.
