I live in Minneapolis and I\u2019m wondering how much I should take every day. Also, I read that vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and there are risks if you take too much. How much is too much?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong> <\/strong> <strong> A:<\/strong> You should get between 1,000 and 3,000 I.U. per day.
