They were interested in a specific group I\u2019ve mentioned in these Health Tips several times: polyphenols, like those found in green tea.<\/p>\n<p>Yes, they concluded, there do seem to be steps you can take to reduce your lifetime cancer risks.<\/p>\n<p>Rather than just review their findings, here, for future reference, are the four-star cancer prevention foods and supplements:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\tGreen tea (either as a beverage or capsules of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/green-and-white-tea\/prod_43.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Green Tea Extract<\/a>)<br \/>\n\u2022\tSoy isoflavones (soybean products such as soy milk or tofu or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/soy-choice\/prod_162.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Soy Extract<\/a>)<br \/>\n\u2022\tCurcumin from turmeric (add turmeric and curry to foods)<br \/>\n\u2022\tBroccoli<br \/>\n\u2022\tTomatoes<br \/>\n\u2022\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/selenium\/prod_82.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Selenium<\/a><br \/>\n\u2022\tNatural <a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/e-complex-1-1\/prod_56.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vitamin E<\/a> (\u201cnatural\u201d means a mixture of the three tocopherols as they are used in the body: alpha, gamma, and delta. Synthetic E includes alpha only.)<br \/>\n\u2022\tNatural tocotrienols (these are a ramped-up antioxidants, cousins of vitamin E)<br \/>\n\u2022\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/ultra-potent-c-1000\/prod_61.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vitamin C<\/a> (if you\u2019re eating 5 to 7 servings of fruit and veggies every day you are getting your C).<br \/>\n\u2022\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/packages\/lipoic-acid\/prod_94.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alpha lipoic acid<\/a><br \/>\n\u2022\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/brain-essential-with-coq10\/prod_23.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Co Q 10<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You may be wondering if you should take this whole list, every day, and that depends.
