Some of this is old material, described in more detail in my book, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/book\/book\/prod_1.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>The Triple Whammy Cure<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Other ideas are new based on conferences I have been attending, including:<br \/>\n\u2022\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/magnesium-glycinate-plus\/prod_62.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Magnesium glycinate<\/a>, at least 800 mg daily. Because of changes in our soil, the produce we eat contains far less magnesium and thus we are all magnesium-depleted. Magnesium is needed for muscle strength and tone and for thousands of other reactions in the body. If you have chronic constipation, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/mag-citrate\/prod_108.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">magnesium citrate<\/a> works better than magnesium glycinate.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/b100-energy-complex\/prod_17.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">B Complex<\/a>, one daily (helps you make more serotonin).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/orthomega\/prod_41.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fish oil<\/a>&#8211;use one of the maximum-omegas&#8211;two daily. If you keep the product in your freezer, you can avoid the burp factor, which affects some but not all people.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/hyperimax-with-st-john-39-s-wort\/prod_19.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> St. John\u2019s wort<\/a> 900 mg a day\/<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/5htp\/prod_105.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">5HTP<\/a> 100 mg a day (serotonin boost).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/dhea-5\/prod_106.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DHEA<\/a> 10 mg daily (only if your levels are low; recheck every 2 to 3 months).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/iso-d3\/prod_46.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vitamin D<\/a> 2,000 IU daily (recent research now places this on the must-have list for fibro and chronic fatigue).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/brain-essential-with-coq10\/prod_23.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Coenzyme Q-10<\/a> 100 mg a day (energy \u201cspark-plug\u201d for your cells).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/ultra-potent-c-1000\/prod_61.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vitamin C<\/a> 1,000 mg twice a day (antioxidant).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022\t<a href=\"https:\/\/www.triplewhammycure.com\/supplements\/nadh\/prod_80.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NADH<\/a> 5 mg twice a day (a key metabolic component of cellular energy\u2014works for about 50% of patients).<\/p>\n<p>These are all available at health food stores and from our apothecary (click on each drug to link to our website).<\/p>\n<p>One final therapy is the intravenous vitamin and mineral mixture known as the Myers\u2019 cocktail, after its inventor, Johns Hopkins internist John Myers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For fibromyalgia, there\u2019s quite a bit you can do on your own.
