Christian Ledesma My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and supportive environment in which clients can empower, explore, and better understand themselves. I am intentional about crafting a judgment-free environment informed by client feedback so that clients can acclimate to therapy as a process and express themselves at their own pace.
Mental Health Counselor

Christian is a licensed professional counselor who has extensive experience providing services within a community mental health clinic, a trauma center, and a college counseling setting. He has worked with individuals ranging from adolescence through older adulthood to address various presenting concerns and stressors using: strengthsbased, culturally-informed techniques, trauma-informed relational treatments, and psychodynamic model of treatment.

Christian received his Master’s of Education from Vanderbilt University, training at Safe Haven Trauma Services and the Vanderbilt University Counseling Center. In these roles, he supported a wide range of populations in addressing concerns related to depression, anxiety, trauma, racial identity, men’s health, life transitions, and family relationships. Prior to his graduate studies, Christian received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dartmouth College. Throughout his education, Christian completed notable coursework in human development, focusing on how a person grows and changes throughout their lifespan.
