In this session, you’ll learn Qigong energy practices such as the 4-Energy Gates that you can do every day to build resilience and to decrease stress. Participants in past programs have noticed that when they practice, they become less angry and irritable, calmer, sleep better, and discover that their general health improves. This program is based on similar principles to the popular and effective Dragon’s Way® program developed by Master Nan Lu.
